Kareena says, ‘I love babies’

Kareena Kapoor has recently admitted that she loves baby and would be happy to have a baby of her own. But it will have to wait for now.

The younger Kapoor girl is on cloud 9 these days as her elder sibling has given birth to a baby boy.

When asked about planning a child with beau Saif, Kareena gushes, “I’ll have to ask Saif that. And he’ll probably faint at the thought.”


About her marriage plans, she informs, “Marriage is just a public certificate. It means more to society than us. It will happen, hopefully soon, but not right away.”

“Saif is living, breathing and dreaming Agent Vinod. And I’m trying to simultaneously juggle three films — Golmaal 3, Agent Vinod and Ra.One. Even my plans for launching a designer line have had to take a backseat,” she adds.

Creating the buzz these days, is Kareena’s role in Anubhav Sinha’s movie ‘Ra 1’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan in which she plays mother to his 8 year old son.

“We’ve been paired in Ra 1 in which he plays a superhero and I’m his wife. We have some engaging romantic moments. It’s the coolest script I’ve read,” says Kareena Kapoor.

Manish Malhotra will design the clothes of the modern day mother look that Kareena will support in the much awaited movie.

A source discloses, “Kareena doesn’t want to be styled in the stereotypical mould of a mother. She plays a modern mum, and Manish Malhotra will design her look accordingly. She will be seen in extremely glamorous outfits.”

”Her look is ultra chic and her wardrobe will include the trendiest outfits. She will be seen in short dresses, skirts and tight fitting tops,” adds the source.

A pricey actress
The actress is also getting the highest priced female actress as per the industry standards, signed by some of the biggest producers and multinational brands.

She is also the highest tax paying actress in Bollywood currently.

A source reveals, “Kareena is a style icon and powerhouse performer. She is distinctive and has a loyal base fan which only seems to be growing. Her increasing body of work as a star and popularity with brands reflects in the taxes she's paid for 2009-10,”
