Nothing but bad luck for poor Katrina Kaif these days! In December she fell ill and had to be hospitalized due to a low hemoglobin count and on Wednesday she collapsed on the set of Farah Khan’s "Tees Maar Khan!"
The "De Dana Dan" star was taken to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai last December to undergo surgery. She was reportedly suffering from a low hemoglobin count that keeps decreasing.
"She's been advised complete bed rest for now," Katrina’s spokesperson said at the time. But with the star’s hectic schedule it is hard to find time to rest.
Then in February, Katz suffered from food poisoning and reports said she had been hospitalized and told by her doctors to get some serious rest.
And on Wednesday, Katz was ready for her close up with makeup and hair done when disaster struck again as she collapsed on the set! Chaos ensued as no one had an idea of what to do! According to reports the whole crew panicked as Katrina fell to the floor and the only one reacting was her co-star Akshay Kumar.
And although Akshay called for a doctor straight away, it took a while to get one to the set, and by the time help arrived, the actress felt better, although a bit weak and tired. Katrina has not been available for comment but her spokesperson told reporters:
"Katrina was unwell on Wednesday morning. She has been advised some rest. Of late she has been going through tremendous work stress travelling in and out of Mumbai."
We have already said it and we’re saying it again; when you’re a star with a hectic schedule you need to take a break every now and then! Katrina Kaif should listen to her doctors and get some serious rest.
No more performances at star-studded shows, no more commercials and no more filming for a few months. But if we know Katz right, she won’t listen and just go at it again!
